Firestone Complete Auto Care

I don’t write many reviews. But I have to. I had another alignment shop tell me that my camber was non-adjustable after I replaced my struts. Long story short, I called Firestone on Broadway and Missy told me to let Chris look at it. He’s a miracle worker when it comes to alignments. And lemme tell ya. He is. The interwebz told me that I’d have to buy special bolts for any shop to be able to align it. Missy said she could get the bolts, but again told me to bring it to Chris. He was able to adjust the camber without using adjustment bolts and it drives soooo good now. The other shop had the toe in the red on the sheet they gave me. I will never go anywhere else to get work done on my car. This group of people are honest, personable, and quick. It doesn’t get any better than Firestone on Broadway!

Missy is amazing and after I felt totally defeated by the estimate, she made sure I received every possible discount she could offer! And even better news, the part they originally had was not available and ended up getting me a cheaper one! Win!

We were coming through town and had an issue on 4th of July weekend of all times. Missy, Daniel, and others did everything they could to help us out, though the part was simply unavailable. They even tried to arrange for a rental car so we could keep going. If we were from Bowling Green, this would be out place for anything car related.
